摘要

Abstract

To solve the loading problem during the safety inspection of the hoisting equipment, a new-type loading de-vice is designed in the paper. With full consideration of safety, flexibility, transport convenience, and economic efficiency, the combined structure, or the 4-point hoisting type, is employed on the loading device. The test proves that the hung wheel, tensioning limit, and positioning device can effectively deal with unstable factors during the dynamic load test such as mal-position, twisting, looseness, and gravity center shift. The loading device can deal with loads of different mass, consistent with the requirements for the load test of rehandling equipment handling different loads.
