Abstract
A single-girder crane goes scrapped due to excessive downwarp of the girder. Through inspection and analy-sis, it' s found that the single-girder crane had manufacturing deficiency before delivery without supervision and inspection during manufacturing, which is the main cause of loss of girder camber and accelerated downwrap. In the current market, manufacturers try their best to reduce the cost. Without any change in the Special Equipment Safety Law, related specifica-tions, and inspection procedures, General Office of AQSIQ gave the notice to abolish TSG Q7001-2006 Cranes Manufacture Supervision Inspection Regulation, the author worries that more manufacturing defects may spread to the production and op-eration of all hoisting machinery.关键词
