Abstract
In order to design a superior performance axial-pump efficiently, by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD ) and three-dimensional design method based on velocity circulation,the effects of rotor blade velocity circulation centre and velocity circulation value on rotor trailing edge and stator leading were studied. Besides,a high efficiency and no cavitation axial-pump were designed. The results show that with rotor velocity circulation center moved from 30 percent of blade string length to 70 percent,rotor efficiency reduces by 1 percent,but the cavitation area of rotor decreases greatly. Rotor efficiency increases with the ratio of root velocity circulation and tip velocity circulation on rotor trailing edge changes from 0. 9 to 1. 1. The pump efficiency decreases with the ratio of stator leading edge velocity circulation and rotor trailing edge velocity circulation increases from 0.9 to 1.1.关键词
