Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic surgery for the prevention of incision infec-tion in perforated appendicitis. Methods We used computer online searching of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database( the database re-trieval time was from January 2011 to January 2015)on Randomized controlled trial(RCT)of laparoscopic surgery for the preven-tion of incision infection in perforated appendicitis,using RevMan5. 3 software for Meta analysis of the data. Results A total of 18 articles were included in RCT,totally 1577 patients. The results of Meta analysis showed that the effect of laparoscopic surgery for the prevention of incision infection in perforated appendicitis was better than that of the control group[RR=0. 29,95%CI(0. 20, 0. 42),P<0. 01]. Conclusion Based on the existing clinical evidence,the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgical incision infec-tion in patients with perforated appendicitis is high. However,due to the inclusion of a small number of studies,the quality is not u-niform,and this conclusion still needs more large sample,high quality clinical RCT to be confirmed.关键词
