Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of metformin and insulin aspart 30 in combination in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and ex-perimental group. Patients in the control group received subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 only. And patients in the ex-perimental group were treated with metformin and insulin aspart 30 in combination. Indexes like blood glucose, blood lipids, blood rheology changes were compared. And the time blood glucose reaches to normal and body mass index were recorded. Results Fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups. And these indexes were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group. In the experimental group, the mean time for blood glucose to reach normal was(5. 4 ± 1. 5)d. And it was (8. 8 ± 1. 8)d in the control group. TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly lower after treatment in both groups. And TC, TG of the patients in experimental group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group. And plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate were significantly better after treatment in both groups. And the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Metformin and insulin aspart 30 in combination can effectively control blood glucose, improve glucose metabolism function of the patients, reduce time for blood glucose to reach normal, improve blood rheology and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes.关键词
