前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变38例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of alprostadil fat emulsion injection for the treatment of diabetic complications .Methods :76 patients were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,38 cases in each group .The two groups had 19 patients with diabetic foot and 19 patients diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients .The control group was given Compound Danshen injection while the observation group was given alprostadil fat emulsion injection .Results :After treatment FBG , Hcy and mAlb of the observation group decreased more obviously(P<0 .05) .The diabetic foot total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and observation group was 63 .2% (12/19) and 89 .5% (17/19) respectively .The dia‐betic peripheral neuropathy total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and observation group was 68 .5% (13/19) and 89 .5% (17/19) respectively .The differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Alprostadil fat emulsion injection is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic complica‐tions and it has clinical value .关键词
