Rapid detection and analysis in an outbreak of infectious diarrhea caused by Shigella spp
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the cause of an outbreak of infectious diarrhea in Binxian County ,Xian‐yang .Methods :Cultured according to the GB4789 .5‐2012 ,meanwhile Seeplex kit and the method of multiplex PCR was used for rapid detection .Results:Nucleic acid showed Shigella virulence gene positive ipaH positive .Conclusion:The outbreak was caused by Shigella spp .Seeplex and the multiplex PCR method compared with the traditional bac‐terial cultured method are more efficient .关键词
