Abstract
Based on the secondary growth method,continuous and compact NaA zeolite membranes were synthesized onα-Al2O3 support through hot dip-coating. They were characterized by means of XRD and SEM,and applied in the dehydration of ethanol. Through changing the synthesis conditions,namely aluminum source,stirring speed,crystallization time,crystallization temperature and crystallization times,the synthesis process of the NaA zeolite membranes was optimized. It was shown that the synthesized NaA zeolite membranes had high crystallinity. The synthesized NaA zeolite membranes exhibited high performances in the pervaporization with the flux of 1.36 kg/(m2·h) and the separation factor of 12 730 under the synthesis conditions of NaAlO2(Na2O content 38%(w),Al2O3 content 50%(w),water content 11%(w) as the aluminum source in the synthesizing solution,stirring speed 90 r/min,crystallization temperature 97℃,crystallization twice and each crystallization time 3.6 h.关键词
