摘要

Abstract

The vehicle powertrain mounting bracket is a safety and functional part of powertrain system. It is the important component of vehicle mounting system as well,and has important influence on the low vibra-tion noise and durability. Aiming to solve a failure of gear-box back rod mounting bracket of one certain type car in the road experiment test,we employed finite element software to calculate the strength and modal of the mounting bracket. Furthermore,the topology optimization technology of continuum structures was used to optimize the bracket model based on calculation results,and the new bracket was manufactured corre-spondingly. We also conducted a fatigue and the damage experiment to testify the validity of optimized re-sults. In conclusion,we study the performance and structure optimization of powertrain mounting bracket, and it has the guidance role for powertrain mounting bracket design.
