早期联合治疗H型高血压急性脑梗死临床效果观察
Observation on clinical effect of early combined therapy in patients with H type hypertensive acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nimodipine combined with folic acid on the therapeutic effect and prognosis in the patients with H type hypertensive acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety-eight patients with H type hyper-tensive acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2015 were divided into the study group (51 cases) and the control group(47 cases) according to the random number table method. The study group was given nimodipine 40.0 mg(3 times daily) and folic acid 2.5 mg(once daily),while the control group was given nimodipine 40.0 mg(3 times daily), other medication was basically same in the two groups. The levels of blood pressure,plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and Barthel index scores were measured before treatment and on 7,14,28 d after treatment. Results The levels of blood pressure and Barthel in-dex scores on 7 d after treatment in the two groups were superior to those before treatment ,the plasma Hcy level in the study group was superior to that before treatment and in the control group;the levels of blood pressure,plasma Hcy level and Barthel index scores on 14,28 d after treatment in the study group were superior to those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nimodipine combined with small dose of folic acid can effectively control the level of blood pressure,reduces plasma Hcy level and improves the prognosis in the patients with H type hypertensive acute cerebral infarction , moreover the medication safety is high with good economy ,which is conducive to increase the patient′s compliance and suitable for the promotion and application in primary hospitals.关键词
