青少年正畸患者心理特点分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics in adolescent orthodontic patients and treatment strategy. Methods Sixty orthodontic patients in the Lanzhou Municipal Stomatological Hospital from January 2013ter to May 2015 were selected as the study group and contemporaneous 58 middle school students were selected as the control group. The twice questionnaire investigations were performed before and after orthodontics for analyzing their change of psychological factors and characteristics. Results The scores of obsession,personal relation,depression,anxiety,etc. in the symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) before orthodontics in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,which after orthodontics were decreased to some extent,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting patient counseling, strengthening education,increasing the doctor′s quality and medical ethical education and reducing the patient′s psychological load are conducive to the patient′s coordination with treatment,thus increase the treatment success rate.关键词
