Abstract
Using a toad as the experimental animal, this article explored a method of the comprehensive physiological experiment via refactoring and improving experimental design and technical operations of ten physiological experimental programs. The experiment will effectively increase the utilization of the toad and the number of physiological experiment programs, and improve students' technical skills.关键词
