Abstract
Objective By the way QCC reduce ward pharmacy dispensing errors, improve the ability to solve problems ring member. Methods March 2014 in our hospital ward pharmacy in conjunction with other departments to implement QCC,Quality control circle (QCC) was set up and various activities were carried out according to 10 steps of QCC. The theme was selected as to compare the error rate of dispensing western medicine. The ctivities were carried out according to the ten steps of QCC,the fish bone diagram,flow chart and radar chart wereused to solve problems. The errors was statistically summarized to find the reasons and the relevant measures were developed to reduce the errors before the QCC activities. Results The implementation of QCC can significantly reduce the error rate in dispensing TCM. The success rate of target was 170.4%with progress rate of 48.6%. The solving the question ability, responsibility,communication skill, self-confidence, team cohesion,enthusiasm, quality control methods and harmonious degree of the circle. Members were positive growth.Conclusion By QCC,the reduced error rate of dispensing Western medicine ensures safety and effective clinical medication.And the ability to solve problems of personnel is improved with the enhanced sense of group cohesiveness.关键词
