Abstract
Objective Analysis of fixation for distal tibial metaphyseal fractures of the clinical effect,and further to provide a theoretical guidance for clinical treatment.Methods 48 cases of distal tibial metaphyseal end fracture patients as the object of study,experimental(n=24)and control groups(n=24).Results Control group was bleeding,operation time was higher than that in the experimental group;the complication rate of control group was 25%, the complication rate of observation group was 29.16%.Conclusion The percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation and ultra distal interlocking intramedullary nail treatment of distal tibial metaphyseal fractures compared,the advantage of curative effect and safety of the more obvious.关键词
