Abstract
At present,specialist construction of community health service institutions is still in exploratory stage. Focusing on this hot issue,the paper puts forward the following key points:selecting specialist directions according to personal interests and characteristics of institutions; management continuity establishment is the core competitiveness of specialist construction;specialist construction plays a complementary and facilitative role in general practice development; general practitioners should have specialist directions,development of specialist construction helps advance hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. The paper hopes to provide certain ideas and references for the development of specialist construction in community health service institutions.关键词
