Comprehensive Evaluation on Quality of Child Health Care in Shanxi Province Based on TOPSIS Method and Close -value Method

Abstract
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality of child health care work in Shanxi Province from 2OO7 to 2O13. Methods In December 2O15,relevant data of Shanxi child health care work from 2OO7 to 2O12 were obtained based on China Health Statistics Yearbook from 2OO8 to 2O13 published by former Ministry of Health;and the relevant data of Shanxi child health care work in 2O13 were gained based on 2O14 China Health and Family Planning Statistics Yearbook published by National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People′s Republic of China. Main indicators were presented as follows:proportion of low - birth - weight infant,mortality rate of perinatal infant,incidence of neonatal tetanus,proportion of moderate and severe malnourished in children under five years old,visiting rate of the neonatal,systematical management rate of children under three years old,health care management rate of children under seven years old. The quality of child health care work in Shanxi Province from 2OO7 to 2O13 was compressively evaluated by using TOPSIS method and Close - value method. Results By TOPSIS method, the relative proximity Ci ranking(from high to low)of the each - year targeted value in Shanxi Province from 2OO7 to 2O13 with the optimal and the worst values was 2O12,2O13,2O11,2OO9,2O1O,2OO8 and 2OO7 successively. While by Close - value method,the each - year close - value ci of evaluation index in Shanxi Province from 2OO7 to 2O13 was in a descending order from 2O12,2O13,2O11,2OO9,2O1O,2OO8,to 2OO7. Conclusion The year with the best quality of Shanxi child health care work was 2O12,while the year of the worst quality was 2OO7. TOPSIS method and Close - value method can be applied to comprehensively evaluate the quality of child health care work.关键词
