目的：建立测定栀制人参中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和栀子苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC18，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸（梯度洗脱，人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1）、乙腈-水（13∶87，V/V，栀子苷），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为203 nm（人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1）、238 nm（栀子苷），柱温为40℃，进样量为20μl。结果：人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和栀子苷检测进样量线性范围分别为0…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the contents determination of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and geniposide in Panax ginseng processed by Gardenia jasminoides.
