目的:建立测定栀制人参中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(梯度洗脱,人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1)、乙腈-水(13∶87,V/V,栀子苷),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为203 nm(人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1)、238 nm(栀子苷),柱温为40℃,进样量为20μl。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和栀子苷检测进样量线性范围分别为0…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the contents determination of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and geniposide in Panax ginseng processed by Gardenia jasminoides.
