摘要

Abstract

Fingerprinting profiles and molecular identity cards of 27 rice core parental lines were established using 48 SSR markers recommended by “Sector Standard of Agriculture (NY/T 1433 -2014)”.Total 162 Polymorphic fragments were detected with an average of 3.53 alleles for each SSR primer.Each of the 45 SSR primers are amplified more than 2 alleles respectively,their PIC (polymeric index content) values ranged from 0.07 to 0.80,and the average PIC value is 0.46.Result from cluster analysis showed that genetics similarities among the 27 lines ranged from 0.593 to 0.944,which reflected basically the genetic relatives based on the pedigree analysis.Varietal genetic files were developed based on the established fingerprinting profiles and molecular identity cards,and found that it performed well in intellectual property rights protection,varietal identification and purity testing.
