水稻光温敏核不育系‘亮S’异交特性研究
Studies on the Outcrossing Characteristics of Rice Photo -Thermo Sensitive Genic Male Sterile Line ‘Liang S’

Abstract
In order to use the new two -line male sterile line ‘Liang S’rationally,with the check of ‘750S’,the heading duration,flowering habit,stigma vitality,spikelet stretch duration and the angle of spikelet stretch of ‘Liang S’were stud-ied.The results showed that the duration of heading of ‘Liang S’lasted 8 d.Flowering started at the next day of appea-ring spikelet,and lasted 10 d.Full flowering lasted 4 d from the 5th to 8th day.The flowering was concentrated during the full flowering period,which accounted for 75.96% of the total flowerings.Full flowering was 3 d later than full heading. Flowering peak time was at 9:00 ~11:30.Flowering rate of forenoon was 86.48%,exposure rate of stigma was 88.46%, higher viability of stigma,the strongest at flowering day and was 56.82%.The duration of spikelet stretch lasted 90 ~390 min,angle of spikelet stretch was 33°2′.The appropriate GA amount was 225 g/hm2 for large area production of hybrid seeds.关键词
