摘要
Abstract
HU Shi firstly selected agriculture as his major when he studied in the United States. It was determined by two fac-tors. On the one hand,“Science is useful” was a fashion of the times, and on the other, money saved from the tuition-free major could be a great help to his family. Chinese overseas students’ career selection reflected the profound influence on education from the change of Chinese political ecology. Since he had a preference for literature and history and thanks to the credit system, HU Shi later on abandoned agriculture for literature, which was a turning point of his life.关键词
