Abstract
Jinzhong to Taiyuan intercity railway is located in the Taiyuan fault basin, which geological conditions are complex. This railway is across multiple Quaternary buried active faults and through the ground ifssures in Yuci Development Zone and sand liquefaction area. These geological problems greatly affect the preliminary survey line selection of Jinzhong to Taiyuan intercity railway. In order to ifnd out the fault inlfuence on the railway, in this paper, the geological conditions along the intercity railway are studied, for example, the geological structure, stratum, lithology, shallow seismic exploration in three aspects of the active fault crossing the intercity railway. In combination with the previous research results of the ground ifssures in Yuci, the development of the ground ifssures in the vicinity of the intercity railway was investigated and veriifed, in order to ifnd out the inlfuence of Yuci ground ifssures along the intercity railway. Through geological drilling, standard penetration testing and shear wave velocity testing, we identify the intercity railway engineering geological conditions and along the station for liquefaction judging and distinguishing site types. According to the above geological problems existing in the intercity railway, the corresponding engineering suggestions are given, which are important guiding signiifcance to the preliminary survey and design.关键词
