摘要

Abstract

Railway freight transportation safety factors were evaluated,and the first level indicators and the sec-ond level indicators were established according to railway freight transportation safety evaluation system.The eval-uation model was built by using the dynamic fuzzy theory.The grade score and index weight of each index were obtained to calculate the dynamic fuzzy values of all levels of indicators.Meanwhile,the level of safety of the in-dicators was directly reflected with its change.The findings can be used to improve the railway freight transporta-tion safety by taking corresponding countermeasures.
