3种无机磷源在吉富罗非鱼上的应用效果比较
A Comparison of Application Effect among Three Kinds of Inorganic Phosphorus Sources on Genetic Improvement of Farmed Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus)

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of three kinds of inorganic phosphorus sources on growth, body composition, nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of genetic improve-ment of farmed tilapia ( GIFT, Oreochromis niloticus) . Four isonitrogenous ( crude protein 35.5%) and isolip-idic (crude lipid 6.5%) diets were formulated with no extra phosphorous inclusion (Dcontrol group, contained 0.91% of total phosphorus) , 2.0% monocalcium phosphate ( MCP, DMCP group) , 2.3% dicalcium phosphate ( DCP, DDCP group) and 2.0% mono-calcium and di-calcium phosphate ( MDCP, DMDCP group) , respectively. Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of 25 juvenile GIFT with initial body weight of (29.40±0.15) g for 56 d. The results showed as follows: 1 ) DMCP and DDCP groups obtained significantly higher final body weight, weight gain rate and specific growth rate compared with Dcontrol and DMDCP groups ( P<0.05) . Feed conversion rate of DMCP group was significantly lower than that of Dcontrol and DMDCP groups ( P<0.05) , but it was not sig-nificantly different from that of DDCP group ( P<0.05) . Viscerosomatic index of Dcontrol group was significantly higher than that of three experimental groups ( P<0.05) . 2) Crude lipid content of whole body and tissues of three experimental groups was significantly lower than that of Dcontrol group (P<0.05), whereas ash and total phosphorus contents of whole body were significantly higher than those of Dcontrol group ( P<0.05) . 3) The ap-parent digestibility of dry matter, ash and total phosphorus of DMCP and DDCP groups was significantly higher than that of Dcontrol and DMDCP groups ( P<0.05) , but no significant differences were observed between DMCP and DDCP groups ( P>0.05 ) . The utilization of MCP, DCP and MDCP of GIFT was 91. 88%, 86. 03% and 54.17%, respectively. 4) Three kinds of inorganic phosphorus sources did not change serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity and malondialdehyde content of GIFT ( P>0.05) , but serum alkaline phosphatase and su-peroxide dismutase activities were significantly influenced (P<0.05), with the highest value in DMCP group, followed by DDCP group and the lowest in DMDCP group. In conclusion, MCP and DCP can be used as inorganic phosphorous sources in the diet of GIFT ( body weight is 30 to 150 g) , while the MDCP is unsuitable.关键词
