Isolated High Voltage Output Boost Converter Based on CDVM
摘要
Abstract
A kind of isolated high voltage output boost converter was proposed,which is composed of two basic boost cells and CDVM(Capacitor-Diode Multipliers).It can realize high voltage output and avoid large duty ratio, and its ripple peak is lower since the ripple frequency of its input current is two times of the switching frequency. The boost converter combines merits of wide input voltage range and wide load range,and it is very suitable for high power high voltage power applications where small size and high conversion ratio are needed.The derivation of converter topology was described,and the operating principle and performances of the boost converter were analyzed.The simulation analysis results of the converter verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.关键词
