Design and Simulation Study of High Current Releases Based on Ansys
摘要
Abstract
This article designed the releases reaction spring of the high current releases in TKX800 series moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB),analyzed and calculated the releases electromagnetic force by the principle of engineering application and built the high current releases model by using Pro /E,and imported the model into the finite element analysis software Ansys with simulation analysis on the static characteristic of the high current releases.The results indicated that the design of reaction spring and the calculation of electromagnetic force is correct,which can provide theoretical basis for the analysis and design of this series high current releases.关键词
