摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces a new method suitable for lubricant system flushing of the steam turbine generator which u-ses auxiliary steam with low parameters as steam source and connects the auxiliary steam header and the whole lubricant sys-tem through temporary pipelines so as to carry out steam flushing for oil supply pipes and oil return pipes of the lubricant sys-tem. Compared with traditional methods,this new method can effectively and rapidly take away impurities in system pipes at the first flushing stage and at the time of ensuring oil flushing effect,it can save oil circulation time and decrease oil con-sumption for flushing.This method is applied in capital construction commissioning for one 1 000 MW steam turbine genera-tors and results indicate that this method has advantages of environment protection,time saving,oil saving,good flushing effect,and so on.关键词
