摘要

Abstract

It will cause declination of heat-exchange efficiency of titanium tubes and efficiency of the steam turbine,there-fore,it needs chemical cleaning for titanium tubes. Traditional large circulation chemical cleaning has many shortages and difficulties in implementation which may cause failure in timely cleaning for scales in titanium tubes. Thus,small circulation chemical cleaning is developed which uses circumscribed tubes to connect titanium tubes in series. Chemical agent for clean-ing only circulates in titanium tubes and is able to thoroughly eliminate scales in titanium tubes. This small circulation chemi-cal cleaning technology has advantages of security,quickness,flexible arrangement for cleaning time,simple system,re-markable effect,and so on. It is useful to greatly improve turbine vacuum and reduce coal consumption for those thermal generators with serious scales in titanium tubes in condensers,which can play a positive role in energy conservation.
