Analysis on Adaptability of FCB Thermal Power Unit Participating in Black-start Service in China
摘要
Abstract
In allusion to the problem of adaptability of fast cut back (FCB)coal-fired thermal power unit participating in black-start service,this paper reviews relevant provisions about power system black-start auxiliary services.Combining over-seas experiences,it also analyzes status quo of black-start service in China in aspects of purchase and compensation,exami-nation and testing of black-start service. Furthermore,in terms of technical requirements,service purchase,ability testing, and so on,it discusses adaptability of FCB coal-fired thermal power unit providing black-start service and proposes sugges-tions on further completing black-start service management and promoting application of FCB thermal power unit.关键词
