miRNA在慢性髓系白血病中的研究进展
Advances of miRNA in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
摘要
Abstract
microRNA ( miRNA) is an endogenous and short non⁃coding RNA, and has im⁃portant biological functions. Studies showed that miRNA was abnormally expressed in chronic mye⁃loid leukemia, and it participated in the occurrence, development and drug⁃resistance of chronic myeloid leukemia, indicating a pivotal role of miRNA in these conditions. Here, we review the ab⁃normal expression of miRNA in chronic myeloid leukemia, Bcr⁃Abl⁃targeting miRNA, and correla⁃tion between abnormal miRNA expression and clinical drug resistance in chronic myeloid leukemia.关键词
