Abstract
Objective To investigate feasibility and effect of one-stop diagnosis and treatment for patients with ischemia diabetic foot in vascular surgery. Methods Clinical data of 855 patients was retrospectively analyzed with dia-betic foot successfully underwent endovascular intervention therapy during January 2008 and December 2015. Among the 855 patients, 488 patients, who received multidisciplinary collaboration of combined treatment during January 2008 and December 2012, were used as multidisciplinary treatment group;367 patients, who received one-stop diagnosis and treat-ment in vascular surgery during January 2013 and December 2015 were used as one-stop diagnosis and treatment group. Differences in demographic characteristics, complete ulceration healing rate at discharging, total hospitalization stay and medical cost were studied in two groups. Results There were no significant differences in demographic characteristics and complete ulceration healing rate at discharging in two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . Values of total hospitalization stay and medical cost were lower in one-stop diagnosis and treatment group than those in multidisciplinary treatment group ( P<0. 05). Conclusion One-stop diagnosis and treatment for patients with ischemia diabetic foot in vascular surgery is fea-sible, and it can shorten total hospital stay and reduce total medical cost.关键词
