Value of Silhouette Signs and Surrounding Structures of Breast Lumps by Molybdenum-rhodium Target X-ray Radiography in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Lesions

Abstract
Objective To investigate value of silhouette signs and surrounding structures of breast lumps by mo-lybdenum-rhodium target x-ray radiography in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions. Methods Clinical data of 220 patients with breast lumps, who were confirmed by operations and pathological results from 2014 to 2015, was collected. A retrospective analysis was performed for conditions of silhouette signs and surrounding structures of breast lumps by mo-lybdenum-rhodium target x-ray radiography, and detection rate of x-ray radiography in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions and consistency between diagnostic results and pathologic diagnosis were also analyzed. Results By x-ray radio-graphy detection, detection rate of slick border and normal surrounding structures in benign lesions patients was higher than that in malignant lesions patients ( P<0. 01 ); detection rate in infiltrating border and spiculation and distortion structures in malignant lesions patients was higher than that in benign lesions patients (P<0. 01). Detection rate in infil-trating border and spiculation and distortion structures in malignant lesions patients was higher than that in benign lesions patients (P<0. 01). Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of silhou-ette signs and surrounding structures of breast lumps in benign and malignant lesions were 86. 4%, 91. 8%, 89. 1%, 91. 3% and 87. 1% respectively. X-ray radiography had good concordance with pathologic diagnosis in diagnosis of be-nign and malignant lesions (Kappa=0. 782, P<0. 001). Conclusion Silhouette signs and surrounding structures of breast lumps by molybdenum-rhodium target x-ray radiography in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions are simple and easily operated.关键词
