路氏润燥汤治疗干燥综合征患者眼干症状临床效果分析
Clinical Effect of Lu's Runzao Decoction in Treatment of Dry Eye Symptoms in Patients with Sjogren's Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of Lu's Runzao Decoction combined with western medicine in treat-ment of dry eye symptoms in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome ( pSS) . Methods Clinical data of pSS 71 patients with Qi-yin deficiency type complicated by dry eye symptoms admitted between July 2012 and July 2015 was retrospec-tively analyzed, and the patients were divided into observation group (n=39) and control group (n=32) according to treatment methods. Control group was treated with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets orally, and observation group was treated with Lu's Runzao Decoction based on the treatment in control group. In two groups, curative effects were evalua-ted, and dry eye score, visual analogue scales ( VAS) score of dry eye and flow rate of tears were recorded before and af-ter treatment, and levels of rheumatoid factors ( RF) , immunoglobulin G ( IgG) , erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR) , anti-SSA and anti-SSB antibodies were detected. Results Compared with those in control group, in observation group, effective rate of treatment was higher (P<0. 05);dry eye score, VAS score of dry eye RF and IgG levels after treatment were significantly lower (P<0. 05). Conclusion Lu's Runzao Decoction combined with western medicine can effective-ly relieve dry eye symptoms of pSS patients with dry eye symptoms.关键词
