经由肝动脉输注自体外周血干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation by Hepatic Artery Infusion in Treating End-stage Liver Diseases

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of autologous peripheral blood stem cell trans-plantation by hepatic artery infusion in treating HBV-ELD. Methods:100 cases with HBV-ELD treated with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy examiners were selected as the control group. The liver function indexes of the observation group before and af-ter treatment were compared. IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-10 level of two groups were determined and compared. Re-sults:After 12-month treatment, Alb, CHOL, PTA, MELD score and Child-pugh score of the observation group improved evidently compared with that before treatment ( P<0.05) . IFN-γbefore and after treatment of the observation group had no evident difference( P>0.05) , which had no evident difference compared with that of the control group(P>0.05). IL-6 and IL-10 level of the observation group reduced evidently after 12-month treatment ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation by hepatic ar-tery infusion in treating HBV-ELD has evident efficacy. The mechanism may have relationship with adjusting organic immunological environment of the patients and inhibiting liver inflammation.关键词
