文拉法辛治疗老年精神疾病患者疗效的影响因素研究
The Efficacy and Influence Factors of Venlafaxine in the Treatment of Elderly Psychiatric Symptoms

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of venlafaxine on elderly psychiatric symptoms and its influence factors. Methods:80 patients with elderly psychiatric symptoms admitted in our hospital were se-lected. All patients were treated with single venlafaxine. Evaluated the curative effect before and after treat-ment, through the results who were divided into effective and ineffective group. And collected and compared clinical data of HAMD, ATQ, BPRS. the two groups in patients after treatment.. Results: Before and after treatment, HAMD scores and deducted rate had obvious changes ( P<0.05);Two groups of patients had differ-ences in HAMD retardation factor points, ATQ total score, BPRS anxiety depression factor points, positive family history of mental illness the anxiety symptoms, untreated and total duration within a year (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the anxiety symptoms within one year and untreated had significant in-fluence on the curative effect. Conclusion: Venlafaxine for elderly psychiatric symptoms have good curative effect, and at the same time the controlling of the patient's anxiety and timely treatment can improve the ven-lafaxine curative effect on elderly psychiatric symptoms.关键词
