病毒性心肌炎患者心肌损伤相关指标及细胞因子的变化研究
Study on Changes of Myocardial Injury Related Indexes and Cytokines of Patients with Viral Myocarditis

Abstract
Objective:To study the change state of myocardial injury related indexes and cytokines of patients with viral myocarditis. Methods:102 patients with viral myocarditis admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group, 102 healthy person of the same ages were selected as the control group, then the serum expression situation of myocardial injury related indexes and cy-tokines of control group and observation group, observation group with mild, moderate and severe disease were compared . Results:The serum expression levels of myocardial injury related indexes and cytokines of observa-tion group were all higher than those in control group, the serum results of observation group with mild, mod-erate and severe disease all had obvious differences, all P<0.05. Conclusion: The myocardial injury related indexes and cytokines of patients with viral myocarditis show higher expression state, and the influence of se-verity degree of viral myocarditis for the serum expression levels are great.关键词
