醒脑开窍针刺法配合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞的疗效观察
The Efficacy of Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture Method Combined with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium in Treating Progressive Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture method with low molecular heparin calcium treating progressive ischemic stroke. Methods:80 patients with progressive ische-mic stroke admitted in our hospital in recent years were selected as the research objects, according to the ran-dom parallel grouping randomly divided into treatment group and the control group ( n = 40) , two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, including low molecular heparin calcium treat-ment) , the treatment group on the basis of that combined with Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture method of tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment, before and after treatment, the index such as nerve functions, daily life a-bility score of the patients were compared. Results:After 14 days treatment, the NIHSS score, BI index of the treatment group had significantly improved than the same period the control group ( P < 0.05) , and the level of PT, APTT of the control group were obviously higher than the same period ( P <0.05) , the results had sta-tistical significance. Conclusion: Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture method combined therapy with low molecular heparin calcium progressive ischemic stroke curative effect is ideal. It can significantly promote the neural function recovery and improve the living ability, to improve the function of blood coagulation mechanism.关键词
