全髋关节置换术与半髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效观察
The Clinical Efficacy of Total Hip Replacement Arthroplasty and Hemiarthroplasty inTreating Aged Patients with Fracture of Collum Femoris

Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of total hip replacement arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty in treating aged patients with fracture of collum femoris. Methods:89 aged patients (≥75 years old) with fracture of collum femoris were selected, in which 35 cases received total hip replacement arthroplasty ( group I) , and 54 cases received hemiarthroplasty ( group Ⅱ) . The operation time, bleeding a-mount in operation, length of stay, complications and recovery of joint function ( Harris score) of two groups were compared. Results:There was evident difference for operation time and bleeding amount in operation be-tween two groups( P<0.05) . The incidence rate of complications and Harris score of group I was evidently bet-ter than that of group Ⅱ, but the difference had no statistical significance ( P>0.05) . Conclusion:Total hip replacement arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty have good efficacy to treat aged patients with fracture of collum femoris. But for aged patients with bad physical state, selecting simple and effective hemiarthroplasty can a-chieve better effect.关键词
