不同方法治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎的对照研究
A Comparative Study on Different Methods for Treatment of Chronic Pyogenic Osteomyelitis

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical study on different methods for treatment of chronic suppurative osteomyelitis. Methods:80 patients with chronic suppurative osteomyelitis admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in research group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage and five flavor disinfection drink. The patients in control group were treated with vac-uum sealing drainage. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.0% and the control group was 57.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions (local anemia, low protein, systemic amyloidosis, swelling, elevated skin temperature, and focal pain) was significantly lower than that of the con-trol group (P<0.05). The clinical indicators (duratin of using antibiotic, fever duration, duration of pain, length of stay) of the study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:negative pressure closed drainage operation combined wuweixiaodu Decoction Jiawei therapy for patients with chronic suppurative osteomyelitis can promote rapid disease rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of adverse re-actions, clinical curative effect, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
