早期介入综合治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Early Intervention of Comprehensive in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early intervention of comprehensive in treating a-cute cerebral infarction. Methods:108 cases with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research objects. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the timing of treatment, each group with 54 cases. The control group received exer-cise rehabilitation and nursing after 20 days of stable condition, while observation group received thrombolysis within 6 hours of morbidity, anticoagulant therapy after 24h and was given exercise rehabilitation and nursing after stable condition. The clinical curative effects of two groups after treatment were compared. Results: The living ability of the two groups after treatment was compared. The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 94.4% was 70.4% respectirely;Nerve function injury score of observation group and control group were (13.12±3.61) and (19.09±3.14). The living ability and nerve function damage degree of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in motor function scores be-tween two groups before treatment. After treatment, the scores of the two groups were significantly improved, while observation group was significantly improved more than control group, and there was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early intervention on treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the ability of the patient's life and the function of the nervous system, which is benefit to patient's life quality.关键词
