摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Huoxuerunchang Soft-Capsule on plasma gastrointesti-nal hormones in rats. Methods:Gastrointestinal motility disordered rats was modeled with atropine and divided into 7 groups randomly: normal control group, model group, Traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) positive control group, western medicine positive control group, and high, middle, low dose group of Huoxuerunchang Soft-Capsule. The changes of gastrointestinal hormones in all group after medication were observed. Results:Atropine could raise the contents of plasma VIP and SS in rats ( P <0.01) , and could decrease the contents of MTL and plasma SP apparently(P<0.01); high dose of Huoxuerunchang Soft-Capsule could decrease the contents of plasma VIP and SS apparently ( P <0.05,P<0.01);middle dose of Huoxuerunchang Soft-Capsule can decrease the content of plasma VIP (P<0.01) and raised the contents of plasma MTL (P<0.05). Con-clusion:Huoxuerunchang Soft-Capsule can adjust the plasma gastrointestinal hormone in rats to certain ex-tent.关键词
