Application Value of ABCG2 in Lung Cancer Stem Cell Marker
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the analysis of ABCG2 sign the application value in lung cancer stem cells. Methods:By HE staining, normal paraffin embedding, sectioning treatment of lung cancer, and using immunohistochemical SP method for lung cancer and lung cancer cell line A459 and GLC-82 in the localiza-tion and expression profile of ABCG2 detection, through a microscope to observe the distribution of the ABCG2 protein expression and parts, ABCG2 protein expression intensity of positive unit adopts LeicaQ500MC image analysis system for quantitative analysis. Results:The expression of ABCG2 protein in lung cancer in the cyto-plasm and cell membrane was positive, which in lung adenocarcinoma and squamous adenocarcinoma tissues positive expression, and distribution, and ABCG2 protein in lung large cell carcinoma, and no expression in carcinoma of the lung. ABCG2 protein positive expression rate and expression intensity of the order from high to low in turn of lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous carcinoma, small cell lung cancer and pulmonary large cell carcinoma, but the expression in the difference was not significant ( P> 0.05) . Conclusion:The ABCG2 expression in lung cancer tissue case ABCG2 is not suitable for lung cancer stem cells as a mark, but can be used as markers for lung cancer classification.关键词
