This paper analyzes the relation of the national economic and social development planning, urban planning, land planning, and environmental planning, concludes the main body function area planning is a macro level strong measures to solve the multiple planning integration, and puts forward related suggestions to promote the multiple planning integration in cities and counties.关键词
