Abstract
In order to implement source control of industrial water pollution of Haihe River, Taihu Lake, serious problems was found�Through analyzing why the Park Planning EIA and project EIA are difficult to linked effectively and play a role in accessing, with the current industrial park environmental management policy situation, four suggestions—developing supporting access policy, strengthening the tripartite management operations, promoting the establishment of “three circles” recycling system environmental protection and promotion of industrial parks and park management “integration” proposal were given.关键词
