Abstract
With the progress of China′s economic development and science and technology, Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering has played a huge social and economic effects of flood control, power generation, irrigation, navigation, etc�, and it has played an important role in promoting the economic development� But, it destroys the environment in the process of the Construction of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering� Therefore, environmental impact assessment has become an important part of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower Engineering.关键词
