摘要
Abstract
Since there is a misunderstanding to the concepts of “growth” and “development”, therefore although China has made great achievements in social and economic constructions, but paid even greater resource and environmental costs�Through employing “ecological economics” as a new tool to reanalyze the relationship between social and economic developments, the environment and natural resources� It is concluded that the Communist Part of China and the central government have made a proper and necessary forward step for China's future development by proposing“the five key principles of development”, in particular green development� Furthermore the paper regards that the principles are the foundation of the theory of sustainable envelopment.关键词
