洞庭湖生态经济区生态补偿需求研究
Research of Eco-compensation Demand in Dongting Lake
摘要
Abstract
After surveying Dongting Lake area, this paper accounts the cost of environmental protection, such as returning farmland to forest, soil and water conservation, water environmental protection and control facilities investment� The results show that the cost of ecological environment protection is about 16�62 billion Yuan� Finally, in combination with the current ecological compensation demand of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone, the paper puts forward some related policy suggestions from the aspects of compensation funds use, compensation stage, and the sources of funds.关键词
