指控系统信息服务质量评价研究
Research on Quality Evaluation of Information Service in C2 System
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the information service quality of C2 system,the characteristics and requirements of information service are analyzed. Then,the evaluation indices of information service quality of C2 system are promoted form subjective and objective aspects. The meanings and measurement methods of the evaluation indices are discussed in detail. The indices are divided into three kinds,such as qualitative indices,quantitative indices and semi -quantitative indices. The qualitative evaluation,quantitative evaluation and semi-quantitative evaluation methods are discussed. Finally,the weighted comprehensive evaluation method is used to give the synthetic evaluation result.关键词
