摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence and effect of lidocaine gel smear on venipuncture catheteriza-tion in patients before surgery.Methods:A total of 1 60 cases of patients who had intravenous catheter needle re-tention and clear consciousness before surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each.In observation group,the venipuncture catheterization was carried out after two minutes of skin smear with 2% lidocaine gel;the patients in control group received routine venipuncture catheterization, then to observe the success rate of disposable puncture,the patient's degree of pain and satisfaction degree.Re-sults:There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of disposable puncture between both group(P >0.05);there was statistically significant difference in puncture pain degree and satisfaction (P <0.05). Conclusion:Skin smear with 2% Lidocaine gel could relieve pain,improve patients’satisfaction with venous in-dwelling catheter.No adverse drug reactions.关键词
