Research on an Automatic Optical Measurement System for Electronic Manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
For automatic process inspection of electronic manufacturing lines, an automatic vision measurement system was developed. Image features of electronic components to be measured on the manufacturing line were extracted to monitor the process quality of the electronic manufacturing. A measurement case for an electronic card house was taken as an example. Experimental result shows the effectiveness of the automatic optical measurement system. The proposed system is capable of providing technical supports for the electronic manufacturing industry.关键词
