汽车散热器流场特性CFD数值模拟与分析
Numerical Simulation of Flow Field Characteristics of Automobile Radiator Based on CFD
摘要
Abstract
The main failure forms of automoblie radiator was cracking of solder joint between the motherboard and tube. Let inlet water chamber vertex angleθ,water entry angleαas the design parameters. Based on computational fluid dynamics and numerical simulate the flow field inside inlet water chamber, velocity pressure on motherboard, the flow speed on the middle position of each radiator core’ s flat tube. Results demonstrate whenθdecrease, the eddy current phenomenon inside inlet water chamber was abate, the flow speed in edge flat tube of radiator core was become more stabilization, but the velocity pressure on motherboard and the flow speed in central flat tube of radiator core was invariant. When α decrease, the eddy current phenomenon inside inlet water chamber was also abate, the velocity pressure on motherboard and the speed of central flat tube of radiator core was decrease, the flow speed in edge flat tube of radiator core was increase.关键词
